SOAP SAMPLING GUIDE
How to prepare your custom soap sample request
A clear brief helps the team understand your product and identify questions before sampling begins. You can send your initial requirements by email or WhatsApp; an account is only needed for the order workspace.
1. Describe the product and formula
Choose a starting category: machine-made soap, transparent essential oil soap, cold-process soap or a milled soap-free cleansing bar. Explain the intended use, preferred ingredients and ingredients you want to avoid. Include any requirements for the market where you plan to sell, so the team can discuss them with you.
2. Specify appearance, size and weight
Provide a shape reference, desired colour, fragrance and logo details. For size, state the length, width and thickness in centimetres, or the diameter for a round bar. Alternatively, provide a target weight in grams. A size-to-weight estimate depends on the formula, moisture, shape and manufacturing process, so the finished sample is the reference for confirmation.
Colour screens and approximate Pantone matches are visual references rather than a guarantee of the finished colour. Send an image or describe the finish if a particular appearance matters to you.
3. Share quantities and timing
Tell us how many samples you need, the expected production order quantity, packaging requirements, destination country and your preferred completion date. These details help the team discuss feasibility, minimum quantities, quotation and schedule. Final terms need project-specific confirmation.
4. Confirm the brief and follow progress
After your customer account is approved, the sample workspace lets you submit requirements and follow order progress. The workflow covers requirement confirmation, formula confirmation, raw-material procurement when needed, sampling and completion including quality checks. You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp without creating an account.

You do not need to decide every specification in advance. Include the details you know and the questions you want to discuss.
